Miles Kierson has 30 years of professional consulting experience and has been using and refining ExecuTAP™  over the last 15 years.  A seasoned leadership consultant who has been engaged by Fortune 100 corporations, he says there is nothing like this process in the management consulting industry.  ExecuTAP™ almost always leads to clients taking what gets created in that process and engaging the presenting consultant or coach as part of their implementation.
